Rumors of infidelity ROCKed the internet last night. Rumors seem to have been started by fashion influencer @LOUIS_via_ROMA on Twitter. In a since deleted thread on Twitter the influencer wrote "Rihanna & ASAP Rocky have split. Rihanna broke up with him after she caught him cheating with shoe designer Amina Muaddi."The thread went on to say that "Amina was responsible for designing Fenty's footwear" and "Things apparently hit the fan at Craigs in LA." The influencer also claimed that this allegedly happened during Paris Fashion Week and that ASAP was seeing Amin years before he started dating Rihanna.
Amina addressed the rumors in an instagram story stating that the claims were "vile" an "unfounded lie" and "fabricated with malicious intent.
According to sources at TMZ, both the cheating and breakup claims are untrue and that the couple are doing well. Their sources seem to back up Amina's claims that these rumors are nothing but malicious lies. As for fashion influencer @LOUIS_via_ROMA, he seems to be regretting his choice of posting the entire thread. After deleting the thread he made an apology post stating that he "made a dumb decision to tweet some information I had received... I'd like to formally apologize to all parties involved with my actions and for my reckless tweets." See the full apology below.
