Participants in a ghost tour at the infamously haunted Waverly Hills Sanatorium wound up with a particularly nightmarish experience when a sudden tornado warning prompted an emergency evacuation wherein people were forced to take refuge in the building's body chute. According to a local media report, the unsettling incident occurred this past Friday night as a group were hunting ghosts in the Kentucky landmark which once served as a hospital for tuberculosis patients and has since become a wildly popular destination for paranormal TV shows and individuals seeking spirits.
