An industrious Australian man was cited by cops after he was caught riding around on a cooler that had been combined with a motorized cart as police said that the clever contraption constituted an actual vehicle. According to a Facebook post from the Swan Hill Police Service, the odd incident occurred last Thursday in the town of Kerang when the unnamed 25-year-old was spotted cruising down the sidewalk on the weird ride. When he was stopped by an officer, the department marveled, the man indicated that he didn't have a driver's license and "in fact never held one." Alas, it would seem that the faux motorist's seemingly ingenious attempt to find a loophole in the system was not to be.
