The Los Angeles County Department of Public Health announced that a mask mandate will be reinstated this Saturday requiring all residents to wear masks while indoors regardless of vaccination status.
According to officials, the mask mandate is set to go into effect Saturday at 11:59 p.m.
The move comes after a recent surge in COVID-19 cases. Details on the new health order will be made available to the public no later than Friday here: covid19.lacounty.gov.
