Wisconsin officials identified the Kenosha police officer who shot Jacob Blake Wednesday night and provided more details about the incident. During the incident, police tried to arrest Blake, deploying a Taser. Officer Rusten Sheskey later shot Blake, after the Taser did not stop him, the attorney general said. No other officer fired a weapon.
