- Authorities continue to search for the body of Glee star, Naya Rivera. It’s presumed she died due to drowning at the age of 33.
- Rivera’s 4-year-old son was with her on the boating trip and he told authorities that he made it back on the boat but his mother didn’t.
- Over 100 searched for Rivera Wednesday night into Thursday morning. Rivera and her son went to Lake Piru on Tuesday, July 7th, around 1:30 pm. She rented a pontoon boat for 3 hours but when they didn’t return at 4:30 pm, workers went to search for the boat and found the 4-year-old asleep on the boat.
- The search for Rivera went on for five hours and officials called the search“a slow process,”authorities are now continuing the search to recover Rivera’s body.
