The King lends a hand to bartenders! George Strait's tequila brand, Codigo 1530, will be donating 30 percent of proceeds made from online orders to the United States Bartenders Guild National Charity Foundation’s Bartender Emergency Assistance Program to help bartenders who have lost jobs due to the Covid-19 crisis.
Online orders of Codigo include ReserveBar, Old Town Liquor and Drizly.
For any order placed with retailers now through May 5, a donations to provide financial assistance to bartenders and their families who've been affected will be made.
