Social media has its downsides, but this time, it helped save a life.Shelby Dunham’s daughter was choking and she remembered a video she’d seen from ER nurse Shannon Tripp who had to save her own son, Jack, from choking when he was nine-months-old.It teaches moms what to do if their baby chokes and it saved Shelby’s child’s life.She recalled Tripp’s demonstration and says“within seconds” the food was out and her daughter was fine, adding, “It was 100% because of Shannon’s highlight.”
