Johnson & Johnson Just Recalled 30,000 Baby Powder Bottles!

Johnson & Johnson just announced they are doing a voluntary recall on over 30,000 baby powder bottles. This is due to finding "sub-trace levels of chrysotile asbestos contamination" in a bottle that was purchased online. Asbestos is a carcinogen and it's linked to deadly cancers. When it comes to items like baby powder, it contains talc and talc products don't have to undergo FDA review or approval before they go on the market. This is the first time the company is recalling baby powder due to asbestos concerns in over 130 years! The recall impacts the United States Lot #22318RB of Johnson's Baby Powder. If you or someone you know has a baby powder bottle from this lot make sure to stop using it and throw it away immediately.
