Well Cookie Monster can as he navigates you on the Waze App as your navigation voice!
If you want to change the navigation voice to Cookie Monster all you have to do is launch the Waze app and tap the magnifying glass icon on the bottom left.
Then you tap the Settings button at the top left and select "Voice & Sound" from the menu.
Once you get to the Voice menu, tap "Waze Voice" to see all of the options and click "Cookie."
This could be fun to use if you have little kids in the car or just want to entertain yourself!
