PHARMACY STUDENTS: Do you like weed? Want to earn your masters degree in marijuana?
The University of Maryland School of Pharmacy may be just the place for you!
News reports say that the school is launching the nation’s first master’s program to train students about the science and policies of medical marijuana. Students will be able to take the two year course based at the Universities at Shady Grove in Rockville, and school officials say it is designed for health care practitioners, scientists, regulators, dispensary owners and industry professionals.
It's unclear if classes will instruct students how to properly roll joints, dig out blunts, the pros and cons of glass pipe use or how to grow the sweetest of the sativa.
