Rideshare like Lyft and Uber is really convenient, but when you really think about it, you're technically getting in a car with a stranger.
Well Lyft is making sure customer safety is number one so they are adding a new feature in the app.
There is now a "panic button" that will allow customers to contact 911 directly from the Lyft app if they ever feel unsafe.
The company is also making the photos of the license plate numbers bigger and is providing sexual harassment training for drivers.
