Funny, a lot of stories really do start with "A Florida man..."
This 70 year old man put many lives in danger by standing/sitting on the sunroof while driving down a highway. I think anyone with a smart phone would have recorded him but little did he know and off duty state trooper would drive right next to him. The man told police he'd put the car on cruise control at around 100 MILES-PER-HOUR . . . then decided to open up the sunroof and stand up instead of driving. He felt that it was fine because, quote, "The car drives itself and has a gigantic computer in it."
Mom always said you never know who's watching...and someone's always watching.
