You really should be eating Celery EVERY DAY!

I was digging through some of my old medical files and I found a note from 2012 that got my attention.

It was when I had my first major panic attack, and my body was consumed with stress. And among many of the things I had to do was eat celery every day. I don't think I ever fully committed to this... but this note did intrigue me.
