Two-in-five Millennials say that cracking their phone screen would be more stressful than seeing their car’s “Check Engine” light turn on. Beware of frozen dinners …While frozen dinners might be convenient, a new study has found that they aren’t the healthiest food to be eating, as they’ve been linked to the risk of early death. Researchers in France found that mortality risk increases with the consumption of “ultra-processed food,” like snacks, desserts and ready-to-eat meals. (WPXI)
