Feeling sluggish? Try eating this.

I've decided I need a personal chef in order to live my best life. But since that isn't happening, I better keep looking for the right foods. 


Enter the Anti-Inflammatory diet. 

These foods are supposed to help you de-bloat, power up, and feel like a well oiled machine!


Foods like:

Berries: Blueberries, Strawberries, Raspberries, Blackberries. 

Salmon and other fatty fish.

Avocados (I'm pretty sure I'm the only person who doesn't like these)

Broccoli (love!)

Mushrooms

Peppers

Green tea

Tumeric

EVOO / Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Cocoa/ Dark Chocolate

Tomatoes

and Cherries. 


So, I could live on most of that!
