I got this handy dandy guide in my mail last week and I wanted to share.
There is a bunch of items that you can recycle after the holidays... and some you really SHOULDN'T.
What CAN be recycled:
Flattened cardboard boxes
Holiday cards (not metallic)
Wrapper tubes/ empty cardboard tubes
Paper Calendars
Empty plastic containers
What you should NOT recycle:
plastic bags
wrapping paper and bows
gift bags
tissue paper
ornaments
lights
ANY electronics
packing peanuts
cooking alumnium trays
plastic toys.
