This Cancels Out Halloween Candy Calories

I've been putting off buying Halloween candy for our trick-or-treaters because, well, we want to actually HAVE Halloween candy for our trick-or-treaters. If it's in the house and it's something we like, good luck at it lasting!

Not saying that eating candy should never happen but if it does, here's how much exercise you'd need to do to work off those sweet and tasty calories. So if you must indulge yourself, maybe it'd be worth it if you knew what you needed to do to call it even with the scale.

Almond Joy (80 calories) = 534 jumping jacks

Kit Kat (70 calories) = 467 jumping jacks

Jelly Belly Jellybeans (35 calories) = 234 jumping jacks

Reeses Peanut Butter Cup (110 calories) = 734 jumping jacks

Snickers (80 calories) = 534 jumping jacks

Swedish Fish (50 calories) = 334 jumping jacks

SweeTarts (10 calories) = 67 jumping jacks
