The 2017 MTV Video Music Awards was full of fun performances, deserving award winners and hilarious presenters. But, there was also some minor shade that was thrown from a few attendees, one being Remy Ma.
Before a commercial break, Remy and Terrence J were telling the viewers at home about the next performances of the night when the Bronx rapper decided to be a little petty. Right before the camera turned off, she said, "Nicki, What's good?" If you can recall, Nicki Minaj asked Miley Cyrus "What's good?" back at the 2015 MTV VMAs. So, Remy decided to call out Minaj using her own classic line.
Many of the people watching the awards show noticed this moment. They were shocked that Remy was still coming for Minaj after already killing her on "ShETHER" months back. Other people wondered if Remy would continue to shade the top Barb during her "Swish Swish" performance with Katy Perry. But, Remy decided to leave the show before Minaj hit the stage. She said that she wanted to "stay out of trouble." Smart move.
